We are delighted to have you with us at The Physiology Course 16^th edition: A New Wave.

During the course your participation as faculty includes:

1. If you're joining us from abroad: Accommodation in the city of Ghent with breakfast included. Check-in is available from Sunday 14th April 2024, until your departure after the course.

2. Meals will be provided around agenda hours, with dinner scheduled on 15th and 16th April 2024.

3. Event shuttle transfers in the morning before the start of activities will be available from the hotel to ORSI Academy on 15th, 16th April, and on 17th April 2024, if you have scheduled lectures on the last day of the meeting.

4. Event shuttle transfers will be provided at the end of activities from ORSI Academy to the dinner location on 15th and 16th April 2024.

Additionally, if you’re joining us from abroad our partner travel agency  Act-Wise will be in touch via email to provide a travel proposal for your journey to and from the course, as well as your accommodation arrangements. Please kindly note that we are legally bound by the Belgium ethics board for healthcare practitioners (Mdeon). According to Mdeon, the following expenses are non-refundable, as they are considered personal expenses:

• Sustenance not around or immediately before or after the medical event - for example waiting at airports, etc.

• Personal hotel amenities: minibar, laundry service, room service, telephone calls, etc.

In registering for this course, I hereby agree to the following with respect to my personal data and/or audio and videotapes, recordings or photos of or with me:

1. I understand that CoreAalst BV collects certain personal data (name, address, email, contact details, dietary requirements, etc.) (“Personal Data”) in order to enable my participation to the course.

2. I understand and agree that the presentations and discussions of such course may be shared with third parties.

3. I understand and agree that some of my personal data (name, email, telephone) may be shared with sponsors of the course with a view of organizing side events.

4. I have read and understood CoreAalst's Privacy policy

 Regarding photograph, record, videotape and/or audiotape (“Recordings”), I hereby grant CoreAalst permission to:

1. Undertake recordings of me for use in CoreAalst's educational and training seminars.

2. Retouch or edit these as necessary in its sole judgement for proper presentation.

3. I waive the right to approve or inspect any of these Recordings

4. I understand that CoreAalst may distribute the Recordings widely, including in the US and other countries.

5. Retain these for an indefinite period of time in its libraries, files and/or on its web sites, and thus may be subject to continuing use and disclosure for the purposes described in this Consent.

6. I will not hold CoreAalst, or its agents, employees, affiliates, successors and assigns liable for their use or distribution of the Recordings and I do hereby release CoreAalst, and its agents, employees, affiliates, successors and assigns from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, or any other claim based on the use or distribution of the Recordings.

7. In granting this consent, I understand and agree that no monetary or other consideration is owed to me.
