TPC24 On-Site Participant Registration - Invite

Join us at The Physiology Course 16^th edition: A New Wave.

We kindly invite you to fill out the registration details after clicking “Register” below. Upon registration, you will receive further information about the course via email.

Please ensure to include your discount code in the checkout page.

Your registration includes:

 1.     Entrance to the course taking place at ORSI Academy on 15^th and 16^th April 2024 (Scientific Programme). Please note 17^th April 2024 is dedicated content for industry representatives.

 2.     If coming from abroad, accommodation in the city of Ghent for three (3) nights with breakfast included. Check-in Sunday 14^th April 2024. Check-out Wednesday 17^th April 2024.

 3.    Meals will be provided around agenda hours, with dinner scheduled on 15th and 16th April 2024, immediately after the end of scientific activities.

 4.     Event shuttle transfers in the morning before the start of activities from the hotel to ORSI Academy on 15^th and 16^th April 2024.

 5.     Event shuttle transfers at the end of activities from ORSI Academy to the dinner location on 15^th and 16^th April 2024.

Additionally, If you’re attending from abroad the official travel agency of the course Act-Wise will contact you via email to inform you of your accommodation arrangements and transfers from and to the airport/train station for when your arrive and depart to Belgium. For anything else feel free to contact us.

Please note the following is not included and cannot be covered by us:

• Business class travel or additional amenities such as Wi-Fi, extra leg-room, etc.

• Any additional hotel nights not specified above.

• Transfers/taxi/fuel/trains in your home country to/from departure airport/train station.

• Any other transfers/taxis in Belgium outside of those strictly needed to attend the course.

• Extension to your trip/stay in Belgium.

• Any parking costs.

• Meals/sustenance outside of course hours.

• Other chargeable hotel amenities: minibar, laundry service, room service, telephone calls, etc.

In registering for this course, I hereby agree to the following with respect to my personal data and/or audio and videotapes, recordings or photos of or with me:

1. I understand that CoreAalst BV collects certain personal data (name, address, email, contact details, dietary requirements, etc.) (“Personal Data”) in order to enable my participation to the course.

2. I understand and agree that the presentations and discussions of such course may be shared with third parties.

3. I understand and agree that some of my personal data (name, email, telephone) may be shared with sponsors of the course with a view of organizing side events.

4. I have read and understood CoreAalst's Privacy policy

 Regarding photograph, record, videotape and/or audiotape (“Recordings”), I hereby grant CoreAalst permission to:

1. Undertake recordings of me for use in CoreAalst's educational and training seminars.

2. Retouch or edit these as necessary in its sole judgement for proper presentation.

3. I waive the right to approve or inspect any of these Recordings.

4. I understand that CoreAalst may distribute the Recordings widely, including in the US and other countries.

5. Retain these for an indefinite period of time in its libraries, files and/or on its web sites, and thus may be subject to continuing use and disclosure for the purposes described in this Consent.

6. I will not hold CoreAalst, or its agents, employees, affiliates, successors and assigns liable for their use or distribution of the Recordings and I do hereby release CoreAalst, and its agents, employees, affiliates, successors and assigns from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, or any other claim based on the use or distribution of the Recordings.

7. In granting this consent, I understand and agree that no monetary or other consideration is owed to me.
